These terms govern your use of our website and any purchases made through it. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Products and Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). We make every effort to display accurate pricing and product information, but errors may occasionally occur. If a pricing error is discovered, we reserve the right to cancel or correct the affected order and will notify you promptly.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Full payment is required at the time of purchase before an order is processed.

Shipping

We currently ship only within Australia. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, with delivery via Australia Post taking a further 3-7 business days, for a total estimated delivery time of 4-9 business days. A flat shipping fee of AUD $3.80 applies to all orders. Orders placed after our daily cut-off time of 2:00 PM, or on days we are closed, will be processed the next available business day.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets our return conditions. No restocking fee applies to eligible returns. We do not currently offer exchanges; if you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving and approving the returned item.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, A Home Like Alice is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
